Our most recent signature hot sauces in one pack! It’s our annual tradition to release an exclusive sauce collaboration to mark the anniversary of our Brooklyn store opening. We brainstorm new and innovative flavors, then partner with one of our favorite small batch makers to create something never before seen in a hot sauce.
Take HEATONIST #3 from Butterfly Bakery, a mild and tart sauce with pink peppercorn, gin and cucumber. For HEATONIST #4 (Heartbeat Hot Sauce) we created an umami bomb with good-for-you lion’s mane mushroom and paprika. And in 2020, we partnered with Marshall’s Haute Sauce to come up with a savory, briny recipe featuring dulse seaweed from the Oregon coast. Together, they make up the ultimate pack for hot sauce fans, gourmands and those who are driven to discover something new.
