Culley's | Fire Water
Born from a wicked combo of both Carolina Reaper and Trinidad Scorpion Chiles, Fire Water is not for the faint of heart. Along with its slow-burning heat, the Reaper pepper itself adds a nice sweetness that is amplified by hints of lime and Mexican tequila. Try it with grilled shrimp for a southwest flare or use it as a tangy glaze for ribs.

Adoboloco | Hamajang
This sauce makes a stellar marinade or a tangy topping for smoked meats. Smoked Bhut Jolokia (ghost pepper) gives Hamajang an intense level of heat and rich flavor. Watch out, because the ghost pepper builds and may reach its hottest after 20-30 minutes.
