Cantina Royale - Tamaulipeka:
Made in Brooklyn by a Mexico-born chef, Tamaulipeka channels the lush agricultural region of Tamaulipas, Mexico. Chef Julio blends tart tamarind, smoked chiles and earthy aromatics with a rich, corn oil-blended base, leaving the subtle heat of Mild Mexican chiles lingering on the tongue. Pair with pork carnitas, or let the sweetness balance out beefy carne asada. 

Ingredients: Non-gmo corn oil, chili peppers, tamarind concentrate (sugar, water, tamarind, 0.1% potassium sorbate), distilled white vinegar reduced to 4% acidity, garlic, celery, onion, salt

Fiji Fire - Native Bongo Chilli Hot Sauce:
Bright Fijian Bongo chilis are blitzed with naturally brewed vinegar. Wild foraged Fijian turmeric and carrots lend fresh earth notes for a vibrant, peppery recipe that goes with just about anything. With its medium heat and sunny flavors, we love this one with grilled chicken, an earthy veggie taco situation or as a fresh counterbalance to rich chorizo.

Karma Sauce - Carnival:
The tropical trio of Scotch Bonnet, Fatalii, and Trinidad Scorpion peppers make this sauce the hottest of the bunch. The citrus and floral notes of the peppers themselves are played up with the addition of green mango and thyme. Beware, the heat wave hits after the sweetness subsides! Takes Baja fish tacos from boring to blazing and gives shrimp tacos a tropical vibe.
