Hot Off the Grill Pack
Culley's | Fire Water
Born from a wicked combo of both Carolina Reaper and Trinidad Scorpion Chiles, Fire Water is not for the faint of heart. Along with its slow-burning heat, the Reaper pepper itself adds a nice sweetness that is amplified by hints of lime and Mexican tequila. Try it with grilled shrimp for a southwest flare or use it as a tangy glaze for ribs.
This sauce makes a stellar marinade or a tangy topping for smoked meats. Smoked Bhut Jolokia (ghost pepper) gives Hamajang an intense level of heat and rich flavor. Watch out, because the ghost pepper builds and may reach its hottest after 20-30 minutes.
The first ingredient in this hot sauce is Carolina Reaper. The second ingredient is garlic. Need we say more? Garlic Reaper is unique in that it has a rich oil base that gives it a creamy texture. With savory spices to round out the garlic, it's perfect for marinating meats, topping brisket or adding to grilled veggie wraps.
