Our first Costa Rican hot sauce! Small-batch maker Chile Monoloco sources scotch bonnet and ghost peppers from local Costa Rican farmers to make this beautiful pepper sauce with face-melting heat. The addition of citrusy lemon juice highlights the naturally bright, tropical flavor of the peppers.
