You can purchase Poirier's Louisiana Style Hot Sauce on heatonist.com, at select retailers - visit our Where to Buy page to find one near you - and from HEATONIST on Amazon.

Like any good Cajun hot sauce, Poirier’s starts with high-quality Cayenne peppers that are aged to round out their bitterness, then mixed with mouth puckering vinegar.

The original Poirier’s Louisiana Style then adds garlic, celery and red habanero for an extra punch of flavor and heat. Poirier’s K.O. Edition ups the heat, adding ghost pepper powder for knockout kick.

The latest addition, Creole Maple features real, sweet maple syrup for the perfect balance of sweet and heat.

The former UFC Lightweight champ’s hot sauces naturally pair well with Southern comfort food favorites like jambalaya, shrimp and grits, or biscuits and gravy. You can use any of the Dustin Poirier hot sauces with everything from heavyweight meals to clean-eating dishes like grilled chicken breast and broccoli! Poirier’s Louisiana Style is also great on wings, sandwiches, pizza and more.

Be sure to try the newest Poirier’s Louisiana Style Creole Maple with brunch for added maple goodness with a sweet zing and that traditional Louisiana punch!

  • Poirier’s Louisiana Style: 3/10

The original Louisiana Style Hot Sauce by Dustin Poirier uses mild cayenne with just a handful of habanero in each batch for that just-right spicy flavor.

  • Creole Maple: 4/10

The Creole Maple version of Poirier’s hot sauce packs medium heat with Cayenne and habaneros for the perfect balance of sweet and heat that will spice up — and sweeten — any dish.

  • KO Edition: 6/10

This knockout hot sauce is made with both red habaneros and ghost pepper powder from Smokin’ Ed for a one-two punch hotter than the rest of Poirier’s UFC hot sauces and bursting with flavor that makes a difference.

Here at HEATONIST we don't use Scoville units to measure heat, because it's usually reserved for testing peppers. We use a 1-10 scale so you know how spicy a sauce is relative to other sauces, because guess what... spice is subjective!

Poirier’s Louisiana Style was developed in partnership with HEATONIST and Heartbeat Hot Sauce Co. In addition to making Dustin Poirier hot sauce, the Heartbeat Hot Sauce team has its own line of unique and versatile hot sauces with the perfect balance of flavor and heat in each bottle.
