Every April, we celebrate the anniversary of opening our Brooklyn tasting room with a new, one-of-a-kind flavor of hot sauce featuring never-before-seen-in-hot-sauce ingredients. Heatonist No. 10 celebrates the spirit of community and eternity with tart black currant, earthy wild mushroom, piney fir needle, and vibrant orange habanero. Made with a unique forest vinegar infused with aromatics, its just-right spice is a perfect add-on to poultry and lean meats (think lamb or wild boar), a cheese plate, salads and more.
