Barbados style sauces are known for having two things in common: they all contain mustard and they’ve all been hits with Hot Ones’ fans and celebrity guests. Mark’s carries on that tradition with scotch bonnet peppers, onions, tropical fruits, and a kiss of island rum. The first taste is all fresh peppers with a hint of sweetness, but then in comes the sharpness of the mustard to pick up the lingering heat. A must-have on morning eggs, a turkey sandwich or roasted salmon. Also great on salads!
