Our Monthly Hot Ones Box includes three Hot Ones hot sauces and/or sauces from Hot Ones’ favorite makers every month. The sauces are a surprise, but include a range of heat levels and flavors. 

Subscribers get a first look at each new season's lineup, limited edition sauces, and new launches from makers that have been featured on the show in the past. We try not to repeat sauces, but once in a while we'll let you know that we're planning to send you some old favorites. The shipment also includes a note from the Hot Ones team and limited-edition Hot Ones stickers!

The Year of Hot Ones subscription reserves you our Hot Ones 10 Packs for a whole year in advance. 

The Hot Ones Box is the official hot sauce subscription service of the show with hot questions and even hotter wings. By signing up you join an exclusive crew of the most devoted Hot Ones fans.

• The Hot Ones Box is a monthly hot sauce delivery. All boxes ship out between the 12th and the 18th of the month. 
• If you order on or before the 15th, your first box will ship this month. If you order on the 16th or later, your first box will ship next month.
• You pay for your first box + shipping today, then you will be charged again on the 12th of the month your second shipment goes out. If you are on a prepaid plan, you will be charged again on the 12th of the month following your prepaid period.
• You can cancel the auto-renew on your hot sauce subscription any time by logging in to manage your subscription.
• Maximum one subscription per order. Trying to order multiple hot sauce subscriptions as gifts? Please place them as separate orders so they can be sent to different addresses.

Log in here to edit the address for your subscription. Once logged in, click "Edit" next to your subscription to update your address or payment info. You can also manage your payment method via the "Billing information" tab:

If you have a prepaid monthly subscription or a Year of Hot Ones subscription and you need to update your address, please navigate to the "Addresses" tab and find the current shipping address, then hit the arrow to update your info: That will update the address for the rest of your prepaid shipments!

Please note: settings can only be changed for future shipments, so if you've already received an order confirmation for the month and the address looks incorrect, please call us at +1 718 599 0838 or chat with us ASAP.

You can cancel the next auto-renew on your subscription any time! Just log in or request an access link, then select "Edit" next to the subscription you wish to cancel.

If you are trying to cancel but have already been charged for the period you wish to cancel, contact us ASAP for assistance.

Pre-paid & Year of Hot Ones subscriptions: Please note - canceling a prepaid subscription through your management portal will only cancel the auto-renew so you won't be charged again (it will not cancel the remaining deliveries you already prepaid for). If there is an issue and you need to cancel shipments you have already prepaid for, please reach out to us! 

We do ship our hot sauces internationally, but due to local restrictions, we’re only able to send Monthly Hot Ones subscription boxes to addresses in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and Prepaid Monthly and Year of Hot Ones subscriptions to the US currently. We hope to expand the list soon! 

In the meantime, you can always try a shipping service like myus.com to order internationally. They provide you with a US address where we can ship your subscription box before they forward it on. Thank you for understanding!

Yes! You can absolutely order a monthly hot sauce subscription for someone else. We now also offer the ability to pre-pay for 3, 6 or 12 months of the Hot Ones subscription. When checking out, just be sure to enter the recipient’s name and address in the shipping address section at checkout. 

Prepaid subscriptions may still renew after the 3, 6 or 12-month period depending on if you selected “one-time gift” or “auto-renew” when purchasing, but you can always cancel the auto-renew before you are charged again or reach out to us about switching over the billing info on a recurring subscription to the recipients. 

Because of the system we use to set up your recurring charge for subscriptions, free ship codes do not work with subscriptions orders. 

If you have already received a code for free US shipping on your first order, reach out to us and we can reimburse you the $6 flat rate equivalent for your first order (i.e. for prepaid subscriptions, we would cover the shipping cost equivalent of the first box). 

The monthly Hot Ones subscription box ships on the 12-18th of every month and the cut off is the end of the day on the 15th. So if you order a subscription by the 15th, your first subscription box will ship right away. If you order on the 16th or after, you’ll be queued up to receive the next month’s box.

With a Year of Hot Ones subscription, your 10 pack ships out right before the new Hot Ones season launches, or if you purchase after the latest season has been revealed, your box ships right away. Here is the 2024 schedule: 

• Orders Jan 2, 2024 - Jan 16, 2024 receive Season 23, shipping 1/17/23
• Orders Jan 17, 2024 - April 30, 2024 receive Season 23, shipping 1-2 days after ordering
• Orders April 30, 2024 - May 14, 2024 receive Season 24, shipping 5/15/23

You can update your settings any time by logging in to manage your subscription. 

If you are having trouble logging in, you may have checked out as guest. You can request an access link here or try signing up for a heatonist.com account using the same email you entered at checkout. 

We also send you a direct link to manage your subscription info in the reminder emails we send about your upcoming charge. Check your email for the welcome message or the reminder emails we send that you're about to be charged - you'll find the link there too!

Month-to-month Hot Ones Boxes: You can skip a delivery any time before the 11th of that month* by logging in and heading to the “Delivery Schedule” tab to skip.

Or you can also click “Skip” in the reminder email we send you on the 9th.

*PLEASE NOTE: Once you have been charged on the 12th, you can't cancel or refund a payment via the management portal. Please contact us ASAP and we'll do our best to catch the order. 

Prepaid Monthly Hot Ones Boxes: If you have prepaid for a set of Hot Ones boxes, there is currently no way to skip one of those individual months via the customer portal. If there is an issue and you need to cancel shipments you have already prepaid for, please reach out to us! 

Year of Hot Ones Subscription: Because you're pre-paying to reserve 3 Hot Ones 10 Pack lineups in advance, please reach out to us if you need to cancel one of the deliveries. If you want to cancel the auto-renew so it doesn't renew for another year, log in here! 

While we can’t customize Hot Ones subscription boxes at this time, we hope to be able to offer more custom hot sauce subscriptions soon! Thanks for understanding.

The Monthly Hot Ones Box hot sauce subscription automatically renews and is charged monthly. Hot Ones boxes are always charged on the 12th of the month, and we send you a reminder notice a few days before your subscription renewal date.

Prepaid boxes: If you choose to prepay for a number of months and select the “one-time gift” option, the hot sauce subscription will expire and will not automatically renew at the end of the period you sign up for. If you don’t select the “one-time gift” option, the hot sauce subscription will automatically renew and you’ll be charged every 3, 6 or 12 months depending on the pre-paid option you choose. 

Year of Hot Ones Subscriptions auto-renew 1 year from when you signed up. We'll send you a reminder 30 days in advance in case you need to cancel or skip. 

Please have the recipient call us at 718-599-0838 about switching over the billing info on their subscription or reach out to us with their email and we'll send them a link to update it online!
