Just create your a heatonist.com account! It’s the same account you use to see your order history and manage your subscription, so if you’ve already set up a password for our site, you’re all set. 

You can earn points by engaging with our content, joining our hot sauce communities on social media, referring friends, submitting photo/video reviews, and for every $1 spent on hot sauce! Rewards points for purchases populate once your order has shipped. If you level up to Sauce-a-holics or Sauce-a-holics Gold tiers, you earn 1.5x points per $1 spent!

Sign in, scroll past your order history or head back to the rewards page to see your points balance, your current rewards tier and how many points you need to level up!

If you redeem points for a rewards code, that code won’t expire - use it whenever! You can find it by logging in and clicking “Rewards History.” Other codes for limited time promotions may expire.

Unused rewards points will expire after a year of inactivity (activity includes ordering sauce, redeeming points, referring a friend, earning points via actions, creating an account). If you’re using them, you won’t lose ’em!

If we ever decide to end the rewards program, your points and perks will expire with the program. We also reserve the right to terminate any person’s rewards membership if we believe you are violating our Terms and Conditions, reselling products, exploiting the program, making excessive returns, engaged in fraud, abuse of privileges or inappropriate behavior that seeks to manipulate the rewards program, or for any other reason we deem necessary based on our sole discretion. If your account is terminated by you or us, or you opt-out of the rewards program, you will lose any unused rewards as well as all points that have not been redeemed.

Yes! If you checked out as a guest, we still keep a tally of your points. Points will automatically generate for orders placed in December 2019 (when we set up our rewards program) and onward, unless they've expired due to account inactivity.

You can redeem points by signing in to your heatonist.com account and then, either scroll down on the account page or navigate to the rewards page to select a reward. Copy your rewards code and enter it at checkout. Once signed in, you can also redeem certain rewards at checkout!

Only 1 reward can be applied per order.

Have the HEATONIST app? Simply add your sauce to cart, then go to checkout and click the ribbon icon in the top right corner to choose a reward. 

It can sometimes take ~24 hours for your points balance to update. Actions like watching content, signing up for SMS and following us on TikTok must be done through the "Ways to earn points" tiles for them to register in our system.

Photo and video reviews are approved weekly and you can earn points for only up to 5 photos / month. Videos are unlimited upon approval!

Everyone starts as a HEATONIST and earns 1 point for every $1 spent! To level up, spend $150 on sauce (shipping excluded) to reach SAUCE-A-HOLICS and $300 to reach SAUCE-A-HOLICS GOLD. 

Our rewards page sometimes takes a minute to load your personalized point balance. Please give it a moment or two and if it still doesn’t generate, please try logging out and/or resetting your browser cookies and cache.

If you’re already logged in, you should see a special redemption widget just for existing subscriptions. Once you confirm your reward and click Redeem, your perk should automatically get applied to your subscription!

To check on it, head back to your account page, then click on the EDIT SUBSCRIPTION button or log in here. Once you're on your subscription management page, choose your subscription and scroll down to the discount field and you should see it applied.

Log in to your heatonist.com account, then click the Birthday Bonus tile under "Ways to earn points." You will then see a way to enter your birthday to get your birthday reward!

Birthday bonuses start applying at the Sauce-a-holics and Sauce-a-holics Gold tiers. If you enter your birthday within 30 days of the date, your points may get applied after your actual birthday. Please hang tight and if you don't see them show up in 30 days, email our team at ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com.
