Our favorite pepper farmer Smokin’ Ed Currie bottled summer in a hot sauce. Featuring tart apricot mixed with a just over-medium-hot chili pepper blend, it also features lavender concentrate, lemon peel and the tiniest hint of vanilla for a flavor combination that is both sour, sweet and floral. There's no other way to put it, this sauce brings to mind sunshine and wildflowers! Try Aprichot with pork chops, Mediterranean or Persian food (saffron rice), as a salad dressing, or in a gin cocktail. Cheers!
