Here at HEATONIST HQ / our tasting room in Brooklyn, we keep all open sauces refrigerated. Refrigerated sauces will taste better longer and will usually last around 8 months after opening! 

In general, the more vinegar-forward a sauce, the less refrigeration needed. But in practice refrigeration always prolongs the life of the sauce, especially since the ones we curate are all-natural.

Because we work with small batch makers, we have sauces from the most recent lineups available in smaller packs that you can mix and match.
