Sarah & Dirk Marshall, co-founders of Marshall’s Haute Sauce, bring delicious fresh and local small batch products to those that will love them. To make this sauce, Marshall's uses Uncle Nearest Tennessee Whiskey to re-hydrate dried ghost peppers and then blends them with savory roast onions and sweet dates. Adding apple cider vinegar makes a balanced and delectable result.

Try it on pulled pork for a treat, or step things up and use it to glaze some bacon wrapped dates the next time you have company coming over.
