Top Chef World All-Stars brings together all-star cheftestants from all over the world, so we created a hot sauce line based on hero ingredients that chefs everywhere use as the building blocks of flavor. This Peppercorn Hot Sauce blends fire-roasted bell pepper and habaneros with zesty lemon pepper and floral Szechuan peppercorns, creating a unique, piquante flavor and heat profile. Szechuan peppercorn tingles the tongue, while habanero peppers turn up the heat on your taste buds. Ginger and lime juice add balance and olive oil lends a rich texture that makes this sauce ideal for marinating meats, mixing into noodles, or adding to the base of a fiery shakshuka.
