Thor's Hammer Hot Sauce

Named for an active volcano on Jupiter’s innermost moon (I-O), Thor’s Hammer brings molten heat thanks to a scary-long list of super hot peppers: Carolina Reaper, Moruga Scorpion, 7-Pot Douglah, Jigsaw and more! The mash is complemented simply with garlic, a hint of sugar and dried spices for a sauce that’s ideal for hot wings or adding to big batch dishes with strong spices, like curries or chilli.
