Flown in from Japan and created by master sauce maker Taku “Habanero Man” Kondo, Mellow Habanero Green is a favorite at HEATONIST’s NYC shops. Taku is known for growing habanero peppers on his farm in Osaka, Japan, as well as for creating one-of-a-kind small-batch hot sauces from his harvest.
Because of this sauce's super limited production, once it’s sold out, it’s sold out until next year! With fresh habanero, bright tomatillo, onion, and a bit of cumin, this sauce works great on salads, falafel sandwiches and Mexican food.
