One of the best hot sauces from Japan! Created by sauce maker and habanero farmer Taku “Habanero Man” Kondo, this original recipe is a favorite at our New York hot sauce shops. Taku is known for his love of habanero peppers, which he grows on his farm in Osaka, Japan (hence the name “Habanero Man”). This sauce’s tangy blend of tomato, habanero, rice vinegar and just a touch of mango for sweetness makes it a well-balanced workhorse in the kitchen. Sometimes, the simplest ingredients make the most luxurious flavors. Use liberally on everything (we mean it).
