Women Sauce Maker Pack
This set features sauces from some of the best women makers who are crafting all-natural, nuanced and downright delicious hot sauces! Claire Georges founded her business, Butterfly Bakery of Vermont, with baked goods in mind, but visitors quickly raved about her hot sauces featuring fresh local produce and Vermont maple syrup. Sarah Marshall of Marshall’s Haute Sauce wrote the book on canning, translating her love of preserving into a line of unique sauces. She was the perfect partner to collab with on our latest anniversary sauce. Rounding out this amazing trio is Erica Diehl of Queen Majesty, a bit of a legend around Brooklyn where she makes rave-worthy sauces, designs her own bottle labels and has been known to slay a DJ set.
Butterfly Bakery x Violet Clair - Hell Yeah, I'm Hot Sauce:
Sweet, down to earth and yep, you guessed it, hot! Habaneros provide medium heat while juicy blackberries and hibiscus add sweet-tart and floral notes balanced by smoky onions. A must-try as a dressing for spinach and goat cheese salad. Feminist illustrator Samantha Rothenberg created the limited edition bottle design based on her artworks illuminating modern dating woes.

Marshall’s Haute Sauce - Heatonist #5 Birdseye Charred Chive Dulse:
Our fifth anniversary sauce features Southeast Asian ingredients like umami-packed white miso, rice koji and kelp seaweed. Sarah sources the salty superfood dulse seaweed from the Oregon coast. Blended with tart vinegar, tropical pineapple and ginger, HEATONIST #5 brings complex flavors that stand on their own as a dipping sauce for dumplings or as a marinade for fish and poultry.
