"For me, this Los Verdes Caliente is the best sauce I've tasted in a long time. I did NOT expect to love it this much. Not too spicy (I'm really a wimp, don't do much spice as the years progress). . . It's got some zing, loads of flavor. I'm not sure all the fancy words to use - there's a lightness and hints of fruits. I don't like smoke flavor much, in general, and it's not smoky at all if that's your thing. I'm using it on almost everything, about to buy another bottle or five. Great sauce!"
