REAL DEAL CHICKEN BACON RANCH STUFFED JALAPEÑOS
Servings: 6 | Prep time: 20 min | Cook time: 20-25 min
Equipment: Baking sheet, chef’s knife, cutting board, parchment paper
Ingredients:
- 12 large jalapeño peppers, halved, seeds removed
- 1 cup cream cheese
- ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar or jack cheese
- ¼ cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 6 slices bacon, cut in half
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 4 tbsp Neil’s Real Deal Smoked Onion hot sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400* F
2. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or coat with cooking spray
3. Mix cream cheese, chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing and 2 tbsp Neil’s Real Deal Smoked Onion Hot Sauce together in a bowl
4. Fill each jalapeño half with cheese and chicken mixture
5. Wrap each stuffed pepper in the half slice of bacon
6. Arrange bacon-wrapped peppers on baking sheet
7. Brush remaining Neil’s Real Deal hot sauce on top of bacon to glaze
8. Bake until bacon is crispy, 20-25 minutes
9. Enjoy the heat!
